casting call for the new Suicide Kids movie being produced by Jason Maza.
Casting has now been announced.
N-DUBZ star TULISA CONTOSTAVLOS (represented by Cole Kitchenn) has landed a lead role in the gritty flick about teen suicide.
Suicide Kids follows Archie Eden and a group of seven other depressed London teenagers who create a pact and take their own lives.
But as each person dies, it turns out that a killer is behind the deaths.
Tulisa featured in TV show Dubplate Drama in 2005, playing a cocaine-addicted pop star who was abused by her manager and boyfriend. And earlier this year she confronted her mother's mental health problems in the BBC documentary Tulisa: My Mum And Me.
Suicide Kids will feature a who's who of cult, rising stars including Adulthood's Adam Deacon, Misfits star Robert Sheehan, and Andrew Ellis from This Is England.
Jennie Jacques (Shank, Desperate Romantics, Cherry Tree Lane) will be playing Jasmine, Shanika Warren Markland (184.108.40.206) will be playing Ashleigh, Jack Doolan (Cemetery Junction) will be playing James, Femi Oyeniran (Kidulthood, Adulthood & Anuvahood) will be playing Cain, alongside Hollyoaks actress Emma Rigby.
The film, which starts shooting on 22 November on location in London, is written and directed by Arjun Rose, and The Wire’s Idris Elba is set to executive produce.
