Nichola Burley joins Wuthering Heights

Deadline London is reporting that Nichola Burley, the Streetdance 3D actress is to play the third lead in Andrea Arnold’s upcoming adaptation of Wuthering Heights. She will join Kaya Scodelario from UK teen TV series Skins who was cast back in March in the lead role of Catherine Earnshaw. Burley will presumably take the role of Isabella or Catherine Linton. Nichola also starred in the low-budget Brit shocker Donkey Punch, and Liverpudlian thriller Kicks.

Still no word on who’s to play brooding hunk Heathcliff though. Wuthering Heights is now due to start shooting on location in Yorkshire this autumn.
