Low budget feature film open auditions

Believe is a new hip hop dance film being produced by MJP Entertainment.

The original screenplay written by Michael Paintain, follows the story of hip hop dancer and singer Emily Granger, who faces many important decisions in her life when she finds out she is terminally ill.

  11. It depends where you are auditioning. This is the latest info from the Facebook group:

    DEPTFORD:
There still seems to be some confusion amongst a few regarding the audition this coming Saturday at the Deptford Methodist Church.

So to simplify what has already been covered in my previous email… If you haven’t had a confirmation email through for the 13th March audition by now, then you DO NOT have a place at this audition (including drop ins). This is due to the amount of people already attending, and we have now reached the maximum capacity we are allowed for that day. This is out of my hands and is mainly down to the insurances we have taken out for this event.

However, for those who haven’t had a confirmation through for the 13th March, will soon be receiving an email offering an alternative audition date for the 17th April, again at the Deptford Methodist Church, where is have reserved places for everyone who have applied for Deptford but have not been confirmed yet. If there is any among you who are unable to make this date, the only other alternative I can offer is a place at the Medway auditions (Chatham, Kent), on the 8th and/or 15th April.

I would also like to state that if there is anyone who wants to swap their audition date from the 13th March to the 17th April (I have been asked), I do not have a problem with this, although priority is currently being given to those who haven’t been confirmed for anything yet, in order to make it fair.

    GROOMBRIDGE:
To anybody who hasn’t had their confirmation through yet for the Groombridge audition, please feel free to just come along on the day, if you haven’t received confirmation by then. We do have many, many places left for you all in Groombridge. I should have confirmed you all by Friday anyways.

This also goes for anybody who has applied for the SUTTON COLDFIELD and MEDWAY auditions. I am working my way through the many applications received and will be in touch with you all shortly.

If anybody has any questions regarding this email, please leave your questions on the Facebook wall where I will answer, as at present my time is limited and may not be able to answer all your individual questions via email.

    Kindest regards

    Michael
